Women's Senior: Bihar beats Rajasthan by five runs

Patna: Bihar defeated Rajasthan by five runs in the second match of the Women's Senior T-20 Trophy held at Sports Hub International Cricket Stadium, Trivandrum. This is Bihar's second consecutive victory. Bihar's next match is against Assam on 22 October.
In this match, Rajasthan won the toss and invited Bihar to bat, where Bihar team scored 96 runs for six wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. In reply, Rajasthan team was all out after scoring 91 runs in 20 overs.
Batting for Bihar, Preeti was out after scoring 34 runs, Apoorva 6 runs, Yashita Singh 10 runs, Pragati Singh 2 runs, Nikki 11 runs and Arya 21 runs, while Komal remained not out after scoring 4 runs. For Rajasthan, SS Kalal took two wickets and SL Meena took one wicket.
In reply, apart from BN Meena 28 runs and SL Meena 32 runs, no other player of Rajasthan team could enter double digits. From Bihar, Apoorva took 3 wickets, Arya and Apoorva took 2 wickets each and Rachna Singh took one wicket.
