Sri Lanka scored 205 runs in 52 overs in the fourth innings of the second Test against South Africa, but they still need 143 runs to win. Dan Patterson was the most successful in South Africa's bowling, taking 5 wickets for 71 runs in 22 overs. Keshav Maharaj also performed brilliantly and took 2 wickets for 65 runs. Marco Jensen took 2 wickets for 100 runs. Sri Lanka's innings started with 41/1, but despite good partnerships in the middle order, the team was bundled out for 328 runs.
