PCB took this new step to end the fight between Pakistani players and coaches

Pakistan Cricket Team . Players And Coaches . PCB: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chief Operating Officer Salman Naseer recently admitted that the lack of unity between the team's players and coach/management was a part of the discussion during the Connection Camp held here. Amid the ongoing turmoil in the Pakistan cricket team, the PCB decided to host the Connection Camp on Monday (September 23, 2024). Which also aims to establish a clear and unified vision for the future of Pakistan cricket.

Lack Of Unity in Players And Coaches PCB Host Connection Camp

Let us tell you that the PCB recently hosted a connection camp for Pakistan players and coaches, in which 'lack of unity' was discussed. Pakistan's star cricketers, including white-ball captain Babar Azam, Test captain Shan Masood, Fakhar Zaman, Mohammad Rizwan, Sam Ayub, Salman Ali Agha, Saud Shakeel, Shadab Khan and Shaheen Shah Afridi attended the camp. White-ball head coach Gary Kirsten and red-ball head coach Jason Gillespie were also present during this camp along with the players.

Meanwhile, PCB Chief Operating Officer Salman Naseer said, “The session was about how we can openly and clearly [मुद्दों] Acknowledge and recognize, and demand commitment from each other. Demand commitment on how we can improve our performance and how we can work together as a team. Our unanimous view was that we need to pursue this and identify how we do it.”

It is worth noting that Salman Naseer further said during the press conference, “Where unity is being talked about, it was not only about the team. It was between the team and the management and how we can work together to do things more successfully. These were definitely part of the discussion. We talked about planning, we talked about workload management. Everyone is feeling that the performance of the players and the management can be better. The idea was to sit together and identify the issues and what can be improved. What is our vision and how can we get there?”
