Chandni, daughter of Ramkumar Sharma, who runs a small salon in Banglabazar in the city, was so crazy about cricket that she gave up eating and drinking to enroll in cricket coaching. But when his parents asked him to take admission, he gave up his stubbornness. After giving the final exams of high school, she took admission in cricket and then got busy practicing day and night. She started practicing under the guidance of Priyanka Shaili at the Northern Railway Stadium.
Chandni's enthusiasm has doubled after being selected in the team. He told that father did not want me to play cricket. Then elder brother talked to father and I enrolled in cricket. I started practicing under the guidance of Priyanka Shaili ma'am. The stadium was about 12 km from home. But her passion for cricket was so much that she would complete this journey every day by bicycle within minutes. Many times the entire day would be spent in the field. Priyanka ma'am always supported me and encouraged me to play better. Chandni, who described Yuzvendra Chahal as her favorite player, said that she learned a lot by watching him bowl.
