Khargjit Mishra Memorial District Cricket Competition in November

Mainpuri. Under the auspices of Mainpuri Cricket Association, Khargjit Mishra Memorial District Cricket Competition will be organized in the second week of November at the Christian Ground of the city. The winning team of the competition will be given Rs 11,000 and the runner-up team will be given Rs 7,000. On Tuesday, information related to the competition was made public by Mainpuri Cricket Association Secretary BD Shukla.
MCA Secretary BD Shukla said that registered clubs and players of the district can participate in the competition. This year, the organizing committee has decided to give a cash prize of Rs 11,000 along with the winning trophy to the winning team of the tournament and Rs 7,000 along with the trophy to the runner-up team. The Secretary said that awards will also be given to the best batsman, bowler and all-rounder of the competition. Apart from this, Man of the Match award will also be given to the players in each match.
He told that on the basis of performance in the competition, the district team will be selected, which will represent the district in the state level Maharaja Tej Singh Cricket Competition. He informed that registration of clubs and players participating in the competition has started. The last date for registration is 4th November. Registration form is available at Bhansali Traders, Near City Post Office.
