The final of the championship organized by the Association of the Deaf Welfare Society Shahjahanpur under the aegis of Uttar Pradesh Deaf Sports Association was played at the Reliance Power Project Stadium on Sunday. After winning the toss, Kanpur players batted first. The team players performed brilliantly and set the target of 126 runs in 20 overs. Player Aman Khan scored 23 runs and Abdul Qadir took four wickets.

In reply, Shahjahanpur team was all out for only 37 runs. Prashant Srivastava took five wickets. In this way he played an important role in making Kanpur victorious. Prashant was awarded the Best Player award for his excellent performance. The chief guest of the closing ceremony, former District Panchayat President Ajay Pratap Singh Yadav, rewarded the Kanpur team by giving them a certificate and trophy. Shahjahanpur team was awarded the runner-up trophy and Deoria was awarded the second runner-up trophy.
