Team India scored 172 runs after losing three wickets in 20 overs. On behalf of Team India, captain Harmanpreet Kaur played the best inning of 52 unbeaten runs. During this brilliant innings, Harmanpreet Kaur hit eight fours and one six. Apart from Smriti Mandhana, Smriti Mandhana scored 50 runs.
Ama Kanchana and Chamari Athapaththu gave the first major success to the Sri Lankan team by running out Smriti Mandhana. For Sri Lanka, Ama Kanchana and Chamari Athapaththu took the maximum of one wicket each. Sri Lankan team has to score 173 runs in 20 overs to win this match. This is a very important match for both the teams.
