Earlier, Australia's captain Oliver Peak won the toss and decided to bowl first. After losing the toss, Team India did not have a good start in batting first and at a score of just 34 runs, Team India got the first big blow in the form of Sahil Parikh. After this, Rudra Patel and Harvansh Singh together handled the innings and took the team's score beyond 100. Team India scored 324 runs by losing eight wickets in the stipulated 50 overs. Rudra Patel played the best innings of 77 runs from Team India's side. Apart from Rudra Patel, Mohammad Aman added a quick 71 runs.
Aiden O'Connor took the most number of wickets from Australia, i.e. four. Apart from Aiden O'Connor, Lachlan Ronaldo took two wickets. Australia had to score 325 runs in 50 overs to win this match. Australia did not have a good start while chasing the target and the team suffered the first major setback at just 21 runs.
Australia's team could score only 317 runs after losing seven wickets in 50 overs. Oliver Peak scored the highest century of 111 runs from Australia's side. Apart from Oliver Peak, Steven Hogan scored 104 runs. Hardik Raj took the maximum three wickets from Team India's side. Apart from Hardik Raj, Yudhajit Guha and Kiran Chormale got two wickets each.
