Uma Chhetri has now been included in the Indian women's team in place of top-order batsman Yastika Bhatia. In this regard, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has said in a statement that the All India Women's Selection Committee has included Uma Chhetri in place of injured Bhatia in the team.
The Indian women's cricket team will play the first two ODI matches at Allan Border Field in Brisbane on 5 and 8 December, while the third and last match will be played at the WACA Ground in Perth on 11 December. This series is part of the ICC Women's Championship. ,
