Chief guest MP Dr. Mannalal Rawat and Paris Paralympic shooting bronze medalist Mona Aggarwal inaugurated the competition at the Field Club ground. On this occasion, more than 400 players and their coaches from 24 teams from across the country marched past and saluted.
