Later, as the game became more popular, many changes took place in it. Then in 2008, Australian company BBG introduced camera-equipped stumps. Later it was bought by Stumps Company Limited. They were used for the first time in the Australia-South Africa match held in March the same year.
After this, former Australian cricketer and engineer Bronte Ackerman prepared a stump with microprocessor mic in LED stump in 2012. This made it very easy to track the sound produced when the bat collides with the ball and the wicket. Later Jing Company started manufacturing these wickets.

LED stumps with all these properties were used for the first time in the 2012 Big Bash League. Later, they were used for the first time in the Under-19 Cricket World Cup organized by ICC in 2014. These are being used since IPL 2016. At present these stumps are being used in every match organized by ICC.
