Ludhiana 3 girls from DAV Public School, Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar performed brilliantly in the Under-14 Girls Cricket State Championship organized by the Punjab Education Department from December 3 to 7 in Sangrur. These players include Mishika Sood, Vaidehi Duggal and Prani.
He scored 35 not out in 8 overs in the quarter final match against Bathinda and played an important inning of 26 not out in 10 overs in the final match against Patiala. For his excellent performance, he was chosen the best wicketkeeper batsman of the tournament. Coach Amandeep Singh and the school management congratulated these girls on the performance of the players.
Earlier this year, these three girls had also performed well in the PCA Under-15 State Championship. With his contribution, Ludhiana team achieved the first runner up position despite losing the final against Patiala on the last ball of the match.
