Chhapra, 25 November. In the match played on Monday i.e. 25th November in the ongoing Saran District Senior Cricket League competition at the local Rajendra Stadium, Chapra Cricket Academy defeated Lions Cricket Academy by 129 runs and won the match. Anshu Raj Singh (64 runs) became the man of the match.
The match was inaugurated by Dr. Omkar Nath (MD) who introduced himself to the players. Dr. Omkar Nath was honored by Saran District Cricket Association Joint Secretary Chandan Sharma and former city president BJP Sushil Kumar Singh by dedicating a shawl and memento.

Chapra Cricket Academy won the toss and batted first and scored 222 runs for 7 wickets in 25 overs. On behalf of Chapra Cricket Academy, Anshu Raj Singh scored 64 runs, Chandan scored 48 runs, Brijesh scored 34 runs, Hrithik scored 19 runs, Sameer scored 11 runs.
From Lions Cricket Academy, Harshvardhan took 2 wickets, Manvendra Arjun took 2 wickets and Shyam Bihari took 1 wicket each.
In reply, Lions Cricket Academy team was reduced to 93 runs in 21.2 overs. Manvendra scored 26 runs, Santosh scored 15 runs, Sagar scored 10 runs.
From Chapra Cricket Academy, Harshit took 3 wickets, Mayank took 2 wickets, Tabish Iqbal took 2 wickets, Rohit and Sameer took 1 wicket each.
