In Colonel CK Nayudu Trophy Under-23 Men's Cricket, Madhya Pradesh defeated Bihar by a huge margin of innings and 214 runs. Bihar scored 112 runs in the first innings and 78 runs in the second innings after losing all the wickets. Madhya Pradesh scored 404 runs for 4 wickets in its first innings.
On the last and fourth day of the game, Madhya Pradesh started playing ahead at 332 for two wickets and declared the innings after scoring 404 runs for four wickets. On behalf of Madhya Pradesh, Mohammad Arhan Akil scored 59, Vikas Sharma scored 34, Chanchal Rathore scored 143 not out, Akshat Raghuvanshi scored 121, Madhav Tiwari scored 10 not out. For Bihar, Manish Kumar took 2 wickets for 104 runs, Mohammad Izhar took 1 wicket for 95 runs and Suraj Kashyap took 1 wicket for 95 runs. In the second innings, Bihar's innings fell apart like a house of cards.

Animesh Kumar, who scored a half-century in the first innings, returned to the pavilion without opening his account.
