Patna, 14 November. Bihar Cricket Academy won the title of Abhishek Memorial Under-16 Inter School Cricket Tournament. In the final, Bihar Cricket Academy defeated High Performance Cricket Academy by 79 runs.
In the final match of this tournament played on the ground of La Martiniere World School, Sampatchak School campus, Bihar Cricket Academy won the toss and batting first scored 262 runs for seven wickets in 25 overs with the help of Roshan's 103 runs.
In reply, High Performance Cricket Academy team was all out for 183 runs in 23.2 overs. Sanskar Prabhakar scored 28 runs, Yuvraj scored 26 runs. Aryaman (48 runs, 3 wickets) of the winning team was given the Player of the Match award sponsored by Rise Coaching IIT.
Patna Municipal Corporation Deputy Mayor Reshmi Chandravanshi, BJP leader cum social worker Shishir Kumar, Bihar Cricket Association media manager Santosh Jha, Sampatchak Municipal Council President Amit Kumar, Ward Councilor Munna Jaiswal, Law Martinier School Vice Principal Ram Babu Singh, Ward Councilor Ashish Chandra Yadav, Chandan of Deltic Motors, Himanshu Hari of Shri Rajput Karni Sena were awarded.
On this occasion, umpire Prince Kumar, Aryan Kumar, scorer Ravi Kumar, Piyush Kumar, ground staff Shivam Kumar, Prakash Kumar, Siddhant Kumar were also honored.
Aryaman was awarded the Man of the Tournament, Roshan was awarded the Best Batter, Mohammad Saliku was awarded the Best Bowler, Ravi Shankar was awarded the Best Fielder and Devraj was awarded the Best Keeper.
Cricket commentator Mrityunjay Jha conducted the ceremony. Everyone was welcomed by Santosh Tiwari, Founder Secretary of Sardar Patel Sports Foundation.
