This decision of the board has come after the announcement of the team for the T20 and ODI series against Australia. 32 year old Rizwan will start his captaincy innings with the Australia tour. Pakistan team will play three-match ODI and T20 series here. Babar Azam, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Naseem Shah have returned to the Pakistan team through this series. These three players were dropped after the first match of the three-Test series played against England.
