The final should also be played in Dubai

Pakistan said that the Indian team's league matches in the Champions Trophy can be held in Dubai but the final of this tournament will be played in Lahore only. If the final of the Champions Trophy is held in Dubai then the finals of the ICC tournaments played in India should also be held in Dubai. BCCI has clearly refused to accept Pakistan's point.

Broadcaster in trouble

According to the rules, the schedule and venue of any ICC tournament is announced 100 days in advance but nothing has been decided yet in the Champions Trophy starting from February 19. Broadcasters also have to sell advertising slots for the tournament, which is their main source of income. If the Champions Trophy is postponed then the broadcasters will suffer the most.
