Crores of Indian fans are saying similar things after watching all-rounder Hardik Pandya bat in the first T20 (Ind vs Ban 1st T20I) against Bangladesh in Gwalior. Especially while chasing the target, the fans were surprised to see the manner in which Pandya finished the match in the 12th over of the innings. And the reason for surprise was Pandya's fierce shots, which could not be believed at one point.
When Taskin Ahmed came to bowl the 12th over of the innings, India needed only 12 runs to win and 54 balls were left. One run each came on the first two balls, but the no-look upper-cut that Hardik played over the wicketkeeper's head on the fourth ball told a lot about his confidence. After this, Pandya ended the match in style by hitting a four and then a six over midwicket on the fifth ball and gave India victory.
