The T-20 match between India and Bangladesh will start at 7 pm today in Gwalior.
The first match of the 3-match T-20 series between India and Bangladesh will be played in Gwalior today. The match will take place at Shrimant Madhavrao Scindia Stadium from 7 pm onwards. The Bangladesh team has reached the stadium by boarding a bus from the hotel.
Entry of spectators has started from 4 pm. They are being allowed to enter the stadium only after strict checking. People from other cities including Chhindwara, Jabalpur have also arrived to watch the match. Here the black t-shirt of a fan from Jaipur was taken off.
Team India won 8 times in 12 international cricket matches held in Gwalior from 1988 to 2010. All the matches were played at the old Captain Roop Singh Stadium in the city. The first double century of ODI was scored here by Sachin Tendulkar against South Africa on 24 February 2010.
Hindu Mahasabha is opposing the match Shrimant Madhavrao Scindia Stadium was inaugurated this year. That means the first international match will be played in this stadium in Gwalior today. Whereas, an international match is going to be held in Gwalior after 14 years. Hindu Mahasabha is against India's match with Bangladesh.
