Ireland National Cricket Team vs South Africa National Cricket Team 2nd ODI Match Scorecard: The second match of the three-match ODI series between Ireland national cricket team and South Africa national cricket team was played today i.e. on 4th October. This match between the two teams was played at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. In the second match, South Africa team defeated Ireland by 174 runs. With this, the South African team has taken an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series. The command of Ireland rests on the shoulders of Paul Stirling. Whereas, Temba Bavuma is commanding South Africa.
Meanwhile, in the second ODI, South Africa captain Temba Bavuma won the toss and decided to bat first. After winning the toss, the South African team came to bat first and had a great start and both the batsmen scored 78 runs for the first wicket.
The South African team scored 343 runs after losing four wickets in the stipulated 50 overs. For South Africa, Tristan Stubbs played an excellent century of 112 runs unbeaten. During his brilliant innings, Tristan Stubbs hit eight fours and three sixes in 81 balls. Apart from Tristan Stubbs, Kyle Verin scored 67 runs.

Curtis Campher brought the first major success to the Irish team. For Ireland, Craig Young, Curtis Campher, Andy McBrine and Gavin Hoey took the maximum of one wicket each. To win this match, the Irish team had to score 344 runs in 50 overs.
The Irish team, which came to chase the target, did not have a good start and both the opening batsmen of the team returned to the pavilion after scoring just 7 runs. After this no batsman could stay on the crease. The entire Irish team was out after scoring just 169 runs in 30.3 overs. Craig Young played the highest innings of 21 runs for Ireland. Apart from Craig Young, Mark Adair and Graham Hume scored 21-21 runs. For South Africa, Lizhad Williams bowled lethally and took three wickets. Apart from Lizard Williams, Lungi Ngidi and Bjorn Fortuin got two wickets each.
