This match between the two teams was played at Lord's in London. In the fourth ODI, the England team made a brilliant comeback and defeated Australia by 186 runs. The England team scored 312 runs after losing five wickets in 39 overs. Captain Harry Brook played the highest innings of 87 runs for England. During this innings, he hit 11 fours and one six in 58 balls. Apart from Harry Brook, Ben Duckett scored 63 runs. In the last overs, Liam Livingstone batted brilliantly and played an excellent inning of 62 runs with the help of three fours and seven sixes in just 27 balls.

Josh Hazlewood gave the first success to the Australian team in the form of Philip Salt. For Australia, Adam Zampa took the maximum of two wickets. Apart from Adam Zampa, Josh Hazlewood, Mitchell Marsh and Glenn Maxwell took one wicket each. To win this match, the Australian team had to score 313 runs in 39 overs.
Australia had a great start to chase the target and Mitchell Marsh and Travis Head batted brilliantly and added 68 runs for the first wicket. But after this no batsman could stay on the crease for long. The entire Australian team was reduced to just 126 runs in 24.4 overs. For Australia, opening batsman Travis Head played the highest innings of 34 runs. Apart from Travis Head, Mitchell Marsh scored 28 runs.
In the fourth match, after England's batsmen, the bowlers also created havoc. For England, Matthew Potts took the maximum of four wickets in his name. Apart from Matthew Potts, Brydon Carse took three wickets, while Joffra Archer took two wickets. The fifth and last ODI match of the series between England and Australia will be played on Sunday, September 29 at the County Ground Stadium in Bristol at 3.30 pm.
