IND vs BAN 2nd Test Kanpur Pitch Report: A two-match Test series is going on between India and Bangladesh. India has won the first match of which. Now the last and second match of this series is to be played from 27th September. Which will be played at Green Park Stadium in Kanpur. Both the teams have reached Kanpur for this. The curator has made a big revelation about the pitch on which this match is to be played in Kanpur Stadium. Every Indian can be happy after knowing this big revelation.

Black soil pitch built in Green Park
The pitch at Green Park is made of black soil, which as usual has been brought from Kali Mitti village in Unnao, which is 23 km from Kanpur. Pitches made of black soil usually favour spinners, while red soil favours fast bowlers. The pitch is expected to be slow and low in height.

An official of the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA) said, “We get this soil tested from the Indian Institute of Technology. This special soil, black soil, is found near a pond in the village and we have been following the practice of bringing it for years.”

Big revelation by pitch curator
Preparations for the second Test match between India and Bangladesh are in full swing at Kanpur's Green Park Cricket Stadium. Pitch curator Shiv Kumar said that this pitch will be durable for five days. Fast bowlers will get help in the first two sessions, while the role of spinners will increase in the last three days.

The curator said, “This pitch will provide bounce to the fast bowlers in the first two sessions, and will also be good for batting on the first two days. After this, the spinners will become more active from the third day.”

The match will be plastic free
Along with this, UPCA has also decided to raise awareness towards environment in this test match. The use of plastic plates for breakfast has been banned in Green Park Stadium and only paper plates will be used. Stadium director Sanjay Kapoor said, “We are trying to make this match 'green'. We are trying to minimise the use of plastic.”
