Ranchi. Under the aegis of Ranchi District Cricket Association, Under-16 Inter School Cricket Competition started from Wednesday at Taurian World School. The competition was inaugurated by school principal Suchi Sharma and RDCA vice president Sunil Kumar. The inaugural match was played between Tender Heart School and Taurean World School. In this, Tender Heart School won by 174 runs. Playing first, Tender Heart scored 235 runs for nine wickets. Laxman scored 69 runs and Krishna scored 45 runs for the team. Satyam, Krishna and Saksham took two wickets each. In reply, Taurian World School team was out for 61 runs. Ayan scored 28 runs. Himanshu took four wickets and Anas took three wickets. RDCA Secretary Shailendra Kumar, Muzaffar Ali, Sunil Pal, Rajeev Singh and others were present on the occasion.
