Quota The two-day quarter-final match of the Rajasthan State Under-14 Cricket Competition being run by the Rajasthan Cricket Association was played between Kota and Bharatpur. Kota District Cricket Association President Vijay Sharma said that the two-day match between Kota vs Bharatpur was played in Jaipur.
Kota team was all out after scoring 212 runs in the first innings. For Kota, in the first innings, captain Nilay Arora made the maximum contribution of 60 runs, Mohammad Alshan made 28 runs, Vivek Bagri made 27 runs and Adarsh Rajput made 25 runs.
Bharatpur was all out in its first innings at a total of 139 and Kota team took a lead of 73 runs in the first innings. Anmol contributed the most from Bharatpur with 40 runs. While bowling brilliantly on behalf of Kota, captain Nilay Arora took 3 wickets, Sameer Kumar Gauchar, Lakshyam Rathore and Sanrash Sisodia took 2-2 wickets.
Batting in the second innings, the Kota team scored 229 runs at the loss of 7 wickets. Madhav Gopal Gautam contributed the maximum 61 runs, Vivek Bagri 56 and Nilay Arora 36 runs. At the end of play on the last day of the two-day match, the match officials declared the Kota team victorious on the basis of first innings lead. Captain Nilay Arora was awarded Man of the Match for his excellent performance.
