Today, on the first day of the Inter-District Police Cricket Competition in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, the first match was played between Lakhimpur Kheri and Sultanpur. Sultanpur team won the toss and decided to bowl. Batting first, Lakhimpur Kheri team scored 172 runs losing 9 wickets in 20 overs. In which Vasu Pal scored the maximum 72 runs. While bowling for Sultanpur, Amarjeet Yadav took maximum three wickets.

Sultanpur is not off to a good start

Sultanpur did not have a good start. The entire team was all out by scoring 117 runs in 16.1 overs. Alok Kumar scored the maximum 27 runs. Rahul took maximum 3 wickets from Lakhimpur Kheri. Lakhimpur Kheri won the match by 55 runs. Basupal of Lakhimpur Kheri was declared man of the match. Two matches will be played tomorrow on 27th November. The first match will be between Barabanki-Ayodhya and the second between Lucknow-Ambedkar Nagar.
