Pakistan cricket recently toured Australia. On this tour, Pakistan team created history by defeating host Australia 2-1 in the ODI series. Pakistan had managed to win a series on Australian soil for only the second time in its cricket history. However, apart from the ODI series, Pakistan had to face a clean sweep in the 3-match T20I series. Now the Pakistan team will tour Zimbabwe where it will play a 3-match ODI series and the same number of T20I series. Host Zimbabwe has announced its team for this series.

Entry of 3 new faces in the team

The ODI series between Zimbabwe and Pakistan will start from November 24. Zimbabwe has announced its team for this series. Zimbabwe has included 3 uncapped players in its team for the first time – Trevor Gwandu, Tashinga Musekiwa and Tinotenda Maposa. Gwandu and Musekiwa have played in the T20I format, but are uncapped in the other two formats. At the same time, Maphosa has not played any international match. Craig Erwin will lead the ODI team, while Sikandar Raza will captain the T20I team. Senior players Sean Williams and Craig Ervin have not been included in the T20I squad.

The ODI series between Pakistan and Zimbabwe will start from November 24. The second and third ODI matches will be played on 26 and 28 November. The T20I series will start from December 1, while the second and third matches will be played on December 3 and 5.
