Lucknow, 18 November (HS). In the Women's Cricket League match, Super Strikers took the lead by defeating Sky by five wickets. In this match, Super Striker captain Anvesh Chatterjee bowled brilliantly and took four wickets for just 31 runs.

The entire Sky team, batting first, collapsed after scoring 66 runs in the 24th over before the scheduled 40 overs. Nidhi Singh scored the maximum 20 runs in her team. Whereas opener Tathir Fatima scored only six runs. Shashi scored two runs, Arpita Singh scored six runs, Chandni Sharma scored one run, Akanksha and Sejal scored two runs each, while Rama Singh returned to the pavilion on zero.

Super Striker's team scored 69 runs in the 23rd over after losing five wickets and won the match by five wickets. Apeksha Tripathi scored the maximum 18 runs in her team. Opener Aprita Chaudhary contributed 13 runs. Khushboo and Pratima scored seven runs each.
