For fitness in UP, District Judge came to play cricket match, batted brilliantly along with bowling, employees stood at the boundary

Ghazipur: For the first time in the history of Ghazipur in UP, a cricket game was organized by District Judge Dharmendra Pandey for all the employees of the District Court Department. New and old employees enthusiastically participated in this tournament organized from 8:30 am to 12 noon at Nehru Stadium in Ghazipur. The special thing was that the judge himself set an inspiring example while batting and bowling.

The main objective of the tournament was to spread awareness about fitness among the employees and reduce work stress. Speaking to the Local 18 team, employees said the event refreshed them mentally and physically. He felt that this game would give new energy to his daily routine.

In this 15 over game, all the employees showed team spirit. Employees suggested that such tournaments should be organized in every department. Plans are being made to organize this event on a larger scale from next year. This initiative of Judge Saheb is a great effort to improve not only fitness but also the office environment.
