Under Lalit Narayan Mithila University, a two-day inter-college cricket women's selection trial competition was organized at Women's College, Samastipur under the chairmanship of Principal Prof. Sunita Sinha. Apart from the Principal, the jury included Organizing Secretary Dr. Sangeeta, Praveen Kumar, Ameesha Anshu and Ajit Kumar. In this competition, the University PG Department, RB Jalan College, BRB College, MRJD College, CM College, Marwari College, MLSM College and all four districts under the University including Darbhanga, Madhubani, Samastipur and Begusarai participated. And women players from affiliated colleges participated. The players were Arya Seth, Pragati Singh, Anshu Kumari, Aarti Kumari, Apoorva Kumari, Khushi Gupta, Nutan Singh, Khushboo Kumari, Preeti etc.
