The chief guest of this event, Amitesh Ranjan (MD, Hotel Amritansh, Chhapra) got introduced to the players. Along with him were Joint Secretaries Chandan Sharma, Ranjan Prasad Yadav, Sachchidanand Ojha, Rizvi Raj, Amit Kumar Giri and Ashu Bhardwaj. The tournament was traditionally inaugurated by him. Rohit Yadav, Aditya Mukul Yadav and Alok also registered their presence on the special occasion of inauguration.
