Chhapra, 15 November. Saran District Junior Cricket League competition started in Akhtarpur Garkha. Saran District Cricket Association President Mrs. Indu Kumari and Joint Secretary Chandan Sharma honored Zilla Parishad Gadkha Ajay Majhi by wearing a shawl and garland as the chief guest. Organizing Chairman Sahil Pandey honored Saran District Cricket Association President Smt. Indu Kumari, Joint Secretary Chandan Sharma, Treasurer Neelam Kumari, Rajan Prasad Yadav, Rizvi Raj by garlanding them with shawls and garlands.
Today's match took place between Dighwara Cricket Academy vs Kundan Cricket Academy, in which Dighwara Cricket Academy won the toss and batted first. After losing all the wickets in 20 overs, they got bundled out for 80 runs. Aryan Ashraf contributed 28 runs, Chhotu Virat contributed 8 runs, Prafulla contributed 7 runs. While bowling, from Kundan Cricket Academy, Ranjan Rai took 3 wickets, Raj Gaurav took 2 wickets, Ankit Kumar took 2 wickets and Sachin, Anup, Prince took one wicket each.
In reply, Kundan Cricket Academy achieved the target by losing 4 wickets in 11 overs in which Shashank Kumar contributed 24 runs, Piyush 17 and Shivam 16 runs. While bowling, Ravi Ranjan took 2 wickets and Chhotu Virat took 2 wickets from Dighwara Cricket Academy. In this match Kundan Cricket Academy defeated Dighwara Cricket Academy by 6 wickets. Sahil Pandey, Nitish Kumar, Sudhir Pandey, Shivam Kumar, Gulshan Kumar, Manoj Pandey, Sonu Kumar, Guddu Yadav etc. were present on this occasion.
