Then father Salendra Dalal also left his son for training with coach Naveen Saini at the age of five. Yashvardhan also changed school due to being far away. Initially, coach Naveen Saini used to make him play cricket by telling him that if he played well, he would get a chance to board the ship. After that Yashvardhan used to practice diligently. Till now Yashvardhan Dalal has played in Under-14 Haryana twice, Under-19 Haryana twice, School National Under-14 thrice, Cooch Behar Trophy twice and Vinoo Mankad Trophy twice. Currently, Colonel CK Nayudu Trophy is being played under-23.
Dream is to play for the country
Yashvardhan Dalal said that he was very happy when this record was registered in his name. This score was possible only due to the team management and players. Whatever orders were given by the team, they were followed. The next match will be with Bihar on 15th November. I will register a good score in that match also. It is my dream to play for the country.
