Cricket: Dsa Red And Black Won Their Respective Matches - Moradabad News

Moradabad. District level junior cricket competition was organized on the occasion of the birth centenary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay. The event took place at Sonakpur Stadium on Monday. In the final match, there was a clash between the teams of Sonakpur Red and Bright Future Cricket Academy, in which the stadium team was victorious.

Sonakpur Red team won the toss and decided to bat first. 110 runs were scored in the stipulated 10 overs match, in which Harshil contributed the maximum of 50 runs. Dev took two wickets for Bright Future Academy. While chasing the target, Bright Future Academy team got bundled out for just 70 runs.

Raghav scored the maximum 37 runs for the academy. Sonakpur Red won the match by 40 runs. Abhay Aggarwal, Ajay Kumar, Yash Shukla, Charitra Chaudhary, Ashu Sharma served as umpires in the competition. Chief guest Dr. Ajay Pathak, Joint Secretary of UP Olympic Association, honored the winning team by presenting them a trophy. On this occasion, football coach Sachin Vishnoi, Kho-Kho coach Dheeraj Kumar, Pradeep Saxena, Ankit Aggarwal etc. were present.
