Sonipat. Jakhauli Lions registered victory in the final match of T-20 Cricket Diwali Cup on Haryana Day at Aikus Cricket Academy located in village Jakhauli. The chief guest of the closing ceremony of the competition was Prof. Kunal Jeet Singh and special guest Prof. Subhash Sisodia, Kadam Singh Rana, Dr. Gulshan was the president of Rajput Sabha.
Trainer Deepak Chauhan told that the final match of the competition was played between Jagdishpur Giants team and Jakhauli Lions. Batting first, Jagdishpur team scored 171 runs in 20 overs. Girayan played a brilliant inning of 66 runs on behalf of the team. Dipanshu scored 28 runs and Deep scored 23 runs. Chasing the target, Jakhauli Lions team won the trophy by scoring 175 runs in 19 overs. Dipanshu Pal played an inning of 64 runs for Jakhauli Lions. Anshu Chauhan scored 42 runs. Girayan and Rohan were chosen the best batsmen in the competition. Rohan, Hardik, Kittu, Lakshya, Anmol were selected as emerging players. Mohit, Amit, Ankit, Ritesh, Aman, Bhavishya, Prithvi, Daksh, Dev, Vansh, Karthik, Keshav and Pranav also played well. Sanjay Bhardwaj, Nand Kishore, Brijmohan Chauhan and social worker Mukesh Tushir were present during the conclusion of the competition.
