Chandigarh. DPS School-40 won the winning trophy of Under-14 Inter School Cricket Tournament by defeating St. Joseph's School team by four wickets. The team of St. Joseph's School, which came to play first in the match, scored 115 runs for 7 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Harjayveer Singh scored 30 runs, Sukhman Deol scored 29 runs, Karan Pratap scored 20 runs. In bowling, Shaurya Sharma took 2 wickets for 27 runs and Sahibjot Singh took 3 wickets for 14 runs. In reply, DPS School-40 team won the match by scoring 119 runs for 6 wickets in 19.1 overs. Vaibhav Maurya scored the highest score of 37 runs. Sahibjot Singh played an inning of 23 runs. In bowling, Abhishek Joshi took 2 wickets for 17 runs, Nitish Rana took 2 wickets for 33 runs and Aarav took 1 wicket for 16 runs.
