Lakshya Engitech CA and CAB in quarterfinals of Dr. Parmeshwar Dayal Memorial U-13 Cricket

Patna, 15 October. Lakshya Engitech Cricket Academy and Cricket Academy of Bihar (CAB) have secured their place in the quarterfinals of the Dr. Parmeshwar Dayal Memorial Under-13 Inter School Cricket Tournament.

Lakshya Engitech Cricket Academy defeated YCC Cricket Academy by 7 wickets while Cricket Academy of Bihar defeated Gaya Youth Cricket Club by 73 runs.

Under this tournament being hosted by Cricket Academy of Bihar at the Academy Ground, in the first match played on Tuesday i.e. 15th October, YCC Blue won the toss and batting first scored 131 runs for 8 wickets in 25 overs. In reply, Lakshya Cricket Academy won the match by scoring 137 runs for 3 wickets in 21.1 overs. Tanjeel Mallik of the winning team was given the RISE Coaching Player of the Match award by Naveen Kumar, General Secretary of Sardar Patel Sports Foundation.

In the second match, CAB won the toss and batting first scored 179 runs losing all the wickets in 23.2 overs. Shivam played an inning of 50 runs. In reply, Gaya Youth Cricket Club team was all out for 106 runs in 18.2 overs. Naveen Kumar presented the Rise Coaching Player of the Match award to Ayush Raj of the winning team.
